Hiring Senior Salesforce Developer & Administrator

Role & responsibilities:

Salesforce Development (50%)

• Develop custom

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  using modern web standards such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build dynamic, reusable UI components.
• Implement

  Lightning Apps

  with advanced page layouts, conditional visibility rules, and custom navigation menus for tailored user experiences.
• Leverage

  Lightning Data Service (LDS)

  for efficient data communication between components and Salesforce records.
• Utilize Apex for developing classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulable tasks to automate complex business processes.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

UI Customization (30%)

• Customize record pages, list views, and compact layouts using

  Lightning App Builder

  for optimized workflows.
• Apply the

  Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)

  to ensure consistent branding and intuitive user interfaces.
• Design dynamic forms and quick actions to enhance productivity for various user roles.

System Administration & Maintenance (20%)

• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and security policies.
• Automate processes using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and workflow rules.
• Monitor system health, resolve user tickets, and perform system upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in

  LWC development

  , including component lifecycle management (e.g., connectedCallback, renderedCallback).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern web development practices.
• Experience with Apex programming for server-side logic.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Lightning App Builder and Flow Builder.

Certifications:

Preferred:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Azure Pipelines and Github actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with advanced Lightning customization techniques such as dynamic actions and branding.
