Hiring Senior Product Associate

General Description:

As a Product Associate, you will be a key member of our Agile development team, responsible

for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog. Your role will bridge the gap

between business strategy, user needs, and technical execution, ensuring that our products

deliver maximum value to our customers and stakeholders. Your ability to communicate

effectively, make critical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be crucial

to the success of our products.

This role reports to the Head Of Product.

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Required Skills:

The candidate should have the below skill sets,

• 2-4 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in using backlog management tools and collaboration software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Experience with user experience principles and design collaboration is a plus.
