Job Description

5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in AI/GenAI
Hands-on experience working on AI-powered products or AI agents
Ability to work with ML/AI engineers to build real-world applications
Strong technical understanding of LLMs, GenAI capabilities, and deployment challenges
Proven ability to define product vision and translate research into user-centric features
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced R&D environments
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Based in Bengaluru or open to relocate

Responsibilities

Define and lead the roadmap for AI/GenAI product initiatives
Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to convert models into scalable product features
Identify real-world user problems and build intelligent solutions using GenAI
Bridge the gap between R&D and productization
Own feature specs, prioritization, success metrics, and iteration cycles
Track advancements in the AI space and assess product opportunities
Ensure responsible AI practices, performance benchmarking, and user experience alignment
