Job Title:

Senior Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Branch Underwriters with daily tasks and coordination
Gather and manage underwriting information from stakeholders
Bind policies in Carrier and Agency Management Systems
Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients
Follow up on bind requests, inspection reports, and pending info
Maintain accurate documentation for policy servicing
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
Ensure compliance with Surplus Lines affidavit requirements
Manage endorsements, cancellations, and miscellaneous tasks
Triage and prioritize work received through various channels

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years experience
in Property & Casualty Insurance / Motor Insurance (US Market)
Strong knowledge of the
Insurance Life Cycle
and at least
two different processes
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Experience with
Surplus Lines Insurance, MGA, or Insurance Broker
(Preferred)
Ability to work under pressure with a professional demeanor
Proficient in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and escalation handling

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in
BFSI / P&C Insurance domain
Flexible and customer-focused attitude
Ready to work
night shifts
