Modern Trade (MT):

Store Management
: Work closely with key accounts, supermarkets, and hypermarkets to drive sales and ensure product visibility.
Planogram Compliance:
Ensure the brands products are displayed according to planogram guidelines and that promotional displays are set up correctly.
Stock Management:
Monitor stock levels in stores, coordinating with supply chain and merchandising teams to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and category managers to ensure smooth operations.
Promotions & Activations:
Implement promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and other initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Growth in the number of active retailers and stores.
Improvement in product visibility and brand presence in both GT and MT.
Effective distributor and store relationship management.
Reduing out-of-stock issues and improvement in stock rotation.
