We are hiring Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Software development/SaaS based product) -Noida 

Process :-IT/ITes(Software development/SaaS based product   Shift time:-1PM to 10PM      Minimum relevant exp   :-3 Yrs   first round tele[phonic and second round FTF   Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)   Vertical: Software Development / IT Services   Market: International (US, UK, Europe, APAC,GCC)   Experience: 3 to 6 years Location: [Noida / Remote]    

• Identify, research, and prospect potential clients in international markets
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and BANT criteria
• Schedule qualified meetings/demos for Account Executives
• Understand customer pain points related to software development, digital transformation, cloud, and IT services
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  3-6 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in IT services or software development   Strong understanding of software development services (custom development, SaaS, cloud, AI, etc.)   req. sales of Service based model/Custom based software development   Experience selling to international markets (US/UK/AUS/GCC preferred)   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English   Experience with end to end software development project   Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools   Ability to work in international time zones  

Preferred Qualifications

  Prior experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or digital transformation sales Exposure to enterprise or mid-market clients Knowledge of outbound sales frameworks and cadences     KPIs Number of qualified meetings booked per month Lead-to-meeting conversion rate Pipeline contribution Email/call activity metricsk ok
