Hiring: Python Full-Stack Developer (Application Development)

Role: Python Full-Stack Developer Location: Remote / Hybrid (India) Project: Smart Swasthya Seva Engagement: Full-time / Contract (to be discussed) Role Overview We are looking for a Python Full-Stack Developer to work on application development for a healthcare-focused platform. The role involves working on both backend and frontend components and collaborating closely during the product go-live phase. Required Technical Skills Working knowledge of Python (Ability to understand, write, and modify backend code) Familiarity with at least one Python framework (FastAPI / Django / Flask – hands-on depth may vary) Basic understanding of REST APIs (Creating, consuming, and modifying endpoints) Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Forms, API integration, basic UI logic) Basic database understanding (PostgreSQL / MySQL or similar – CRUD operations) Familiarity with Git / version control Learning & Mindset (Mandatory) Willingness to learn Docker / Dockerfile (prior experience not mandatory) Openness to using AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for development support Ability to ask questions when requirements are unclear Comfort with learning on the job and improving continuously Communication Requirement (Important) Hindi communication is required for day-to-day collaboration and interviews Basic English reading ability is sufficient for code and documentation (Candidates comfortable only with English and not Hindi may find this role unsuitable.)
