Roles & Responsibilities:

Childcare & Nanny Duties

• Provide safe, nurturing, and hygienic care to children.
• Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
• Plan and conduct playful learning activities.
• Monitor and ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being.
  

NTT Training & Teaching

• Train and mentor students enrolled in

  Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) course

  .
• Deliver lectures, practical demonstrations, and workshops on early childhood education.
• Guide trainees in lesson planning, storytelling, rhymes, play-way methods, and classroom management.
• Evaluate and assess students’ performance.
  

Marketing & Counseling

• Actively promote NTT and childcare-related courses in Hoshiarpur district.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns for parents and students.
• Counsel prospective students/parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
• Support in developing promotional strategies to increase enrollments.
  

Management & Coordination

• Maintain class schedules, attendance records, and training reports.
• Coordinate with institute staff for smooth functioning of academic and childcare activities.
• Assist in organizing events, certificate distributions, and promotional programs.
  

Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Graduate

• Diploma / Certificate in NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)

  is mandatory.
• Preference to candidates with

  Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) certification

  .

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience

  in teaching/training OR working as a nanny/childcare professional.
• Experience in

  student counseling, marketing, and academic coordination

  will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi).

• Good counseling and convincing ability.
• Passion for teaching and caring for children.
• Active personality with ability to handle training and field marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Social Media Promotion).
