Job Description

SUMMARY

Summary:

As a Microsoft Azure PaaS Professional, you will serve as an Application Lead driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable, cloud-native applications on the Microsoft Azure platform. This role is critical in ensuring the technical excellence, reliability, and performance of enterprise-grade solutions. You will act as the primary technical authority and strategic partner across cross-functional teams, guiding architecture decisions, resolving complex challenges, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact project delivery timelines, system scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. This position requires deep expertise in Azure PaaS services and a proven ability to lead technical teams in delivering high-impact solutions in a dynamic environment.

Experience: 6-9 years

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Azure PaaS technologies and lead technical strategy.
Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and direction to ensure high performance and accountability.
Make key technical and architectural decisions that influence project outcomes and long-term system sustainability.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align application development with business objectives.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues affecting the team and broader organization.
Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members and promote best practices across teams.
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement timely adjustments to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
6 9 years of total professional experience in software development or cloud engineering.
Strong proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing applications using Azure PaaS offerings.
Demonstrated experience in application lifecycle management and cloud-based application development.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring).
Experience in cloud migration strategies and modernization initiatives is highly desirable.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities in a technical environment.
15 years of full-time education (or equivalent) required.
Must be based in Hyderabad and available for on-site work.
