The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for teaching and a thorough understanding of technology, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly. As a Technical Trainer at SPECTRAFORCE, you will play a crucial role in developing our workforces technical skills, enabling them to maximize productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Training Programs : Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, tailored to the needs of our technical teams. Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually, covering various technical topics. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics, and continuously improve the content and delivery based on these insights. Support Employee Development: Provide ongoing support and mentoring to trainees, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them apply new skills in their roles. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and incorporate relevant updates into training materials to ensure our teams are always at the cutting edge. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments, including HR, IT, and specific project teams, to identify training needs and align programs with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Trainer, with a strong background in IT, software development, or related fields. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable way. Proficiency with various training tools and platforms, including LMS (Learning Management Systems). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is a plus.
