Hiring IT Associate II (Job monitoring) For Bangalore location

What Youll Be Doing

• Provide first-level IT technical 24/7 support by resolving basic to moderately complex technical issues related to program scheduling on critical systems.
• Typically involved in monitoring of scheduled programs in various business applications across the Organization to meet the pre-defined SLA’s. 
• Coordinate resolution of issues as needed with Development and Level 2 Support Teams
• Escalation to Level 2 Support team as and when needed and Update the existing Action Matrix document as defined in respective IT environments.
• Research common problems and recommend solutions; prepare Monthly Status report and review with Development/Level 2 Support teams.
• Monitor scheduled Power BI dataset and report refresh jobs to ensure successful completion.
• Manage user access requests and permissions within Power BI Service.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires a 3-year degree and 1–3 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience on IT Support fields.
• Support Associate with strong knowledge of Data Warehouse Concepts.
• Expert knowledge of ETL Informatica tools.
• Expert knowledge of Database Management Systems (Oracle) and its best practices. principals
• Expert knowledge Unix Shell Scripting.
• Expert knowledge of OBIEE / Power BI tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot ETL Job problems (e.g., performance, data issue etc.,)
• Expert PL/SQL, SQL, skills & experience would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on Appworx or Airflow or cron job scheduling experience would be an added advantage.
• Works independently or as Team member; receives minimal guidance.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Maintain and update incident and issue tracking logs (ServiceNow / Jira / other ticketing systems).
• Perform validation checks on refreshed data to ensure report accuracy.
• Communicate updates and issue statuses to stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in periodic maintenance activities such as gateway restarts or workspace monitoring.
• Document recurring issues and propose improvements or automation opportunities.
