HIRING ALERT FOR FRESHERS !!!!! FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO VOICE PROCESS IN REPUTED MNC

Candidate Requirements

Freshers only
Graduate in any stream (Candidates from B.Pharm background will not be considered)
No active backlogs
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts (US shift timings)

Salary and Benefits

In-Hand Salary: 18,500 per month + 4,000 (Night Shift Allowance)
Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 9,000 per month
Night Shift Allowance: 4,000 per month
Transport: Both-side cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via voice calls (inbound/outbound US-based process)
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to client concerns
Maintain call documentation and follow operational procedures
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Work Schedule

Rotational US shifts (primarily night shift)
5 working days per week
2 rotational weekly offs
