HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Prepare and post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Organize team-building and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required Qualification

• 12th-pass, undergraduate, or graduate candidates are eligible to apply.

• 1–2 years of experience

  in HR operations or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Good understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
