Role: Business Development Executive Night Shift (US IT Staffing)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic Business Development Executives to join our team at Staffbee Solutions. This is an exciting on-site night shift role focused on establishing and expanding partnerships with US-based vendors and clients in the IT staffing and consulting industry.

The role involves end-to-end business development from identifying new clients to building strong relationships, executing contracts, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with US-based vendors and clients in the IT job market.
• Present our business structure, services, and partnership benefits to potential vendors and clients.
• Get MSA (Master Service Agreements) signed with vendors/clients to make Staffbee Solutions an approved vendor.
• Obtain vendor/client portal access to view company requirements and recruiter contact details.
• Source and gather client requirements from portals and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal recruiters to submit qualified candidates for open positions.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term professional relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, submissions, and interview scheduling.
• Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets within deadlines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and immediate joiners are welcome.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking, listening, and comprehension skills for dealing with international clients.
• Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, spontaneous, and confident in handling client interactions.
• Professional Traits: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Work Ethic: Goal-driven, adaptable, and capable of performing well under pressure.
• Transportation: Must manage own commute (no cab facility provided).
