Job Description: We are hiring experienced International Voice Process Executives for our UK Telecom campaign. If you are a driven professional with at least 6 months of international voice process experience and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls for a UK telecom client Resolve customer queries related to telecom services with a focus on first-call resolution Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing efficient and timely support Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory) Excellent verbal communication skills in English Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Willingness to work night shifts (UK shift timing) Candidate should be residing in Delhi or Gurugram location only.
