Designation: Senior Process Executive/ Process Specialist

Job Level: JL 2A/ 3A

Work location: Mysore (Work from Office)

Exp: 1-4 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Shift Timings: Rotational Shift including night shift (US Shift)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Full Time Education)

Note:

• US Banking, UK Banking or International Banking experience is mandatory.

JD for JL 2A:

Role Purpose:

To independently manage Banking operational activities while ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and client service excellence in line with Infosys delivery standards.

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Execute complex banking transactions and process activities independently.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times.

• Identify and resolve process-level issues and exceptions.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank data

• Maintain process documentation and update SOPs as instructed.

• Act as a backup for seniors and support knowledge transfer sessions.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

JD for JL 3A:

Role Purpose:

Senior operational role responsible for handling complex banking activities, providing functional guidance to the team and ensuring high-quality delivery with strong control and compliance focus.

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex and critical banking transactions and exception cases.

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned banking processes.

• Guide and support Process Executives in day-to-day operations.

• Perform root cause analysis for errors, defects, and operational risks.

• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

• Review quality reports, identify trends and implement corrective actions.

• Support client interactions, governance calls, and internal reviews.

• Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Maintain flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong domain knowledge in banking operations.

• In-depth understanding of compliance, controls, and operational risk.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
