Clinical: Drug Safety Physician, Medical Writer, Statistical/Clinical Programmer, Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Site Manager, Medical Director, Payor Access Strategy / Market Access Researcher / Associate Director - Market Research/Market Access, Clinical Trial Physician, Clinical Trial Monitor, Medical Monitor, Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Trial Associate, Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Project Manager, etc.

Engineering: Validation Engineer, Calibration Engineer

CSV Engineer, Lab Equipment Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Cleaning Validation Engineer, Automation Engineer, Controls Engineer, etc. from our Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients. This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision.

Source candidates from various job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter etc. using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.

Set up interviews and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer.

Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it from start to finish.

Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Update daily activities in our internal ATS.

Experience Required:

2-3 years’ experience working with Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients.

Educational qualification and Experience:

At least a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of experience with W2 engineering requirements of pharma or medical devices clients such as BMS (Bristol Myers Squibb), Amgen, Sanofi, Novartis, Pfizer, BioMarin, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Bioclinica, Biegene, Iqvia, J&J (Johnson & Johnson), Genetec, Roche, Gilead, Merck, AbbVie, Biogen, Medtronic, Baxter, Stryker, Abbot, GE Healthcare, Bacton and Dickinson, Boston Scientific, and Alcon etc.
