Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system operation. Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Ensure the stable operation of our Windows server infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, file and GPOs. Collaborating with other IT staff and Employees to ensure the smooth operation of systems and services. Skills Required: Good knowledge of current IT technologies such as MS Windows Server operating systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or a similar role. Strong knowledge and experience with Windows Active Directory. Strong knowledge in handling Palo Alto Firewall. Flexibility to work in the Night Shift and alternate weekends.
