Role & responsibilities

1. Day to Day store operations
2. Driving the sales targets parameters & achieving the same.
3. Customer delight, Maintaining & elevating service standards
4. Customer contentions handling & service recovery
5. Hygiene & Upkeep of the lounges
6. Ensuring proper grooming of staffs
7. Driving the P&L & Establishing effective Cost control strategies
8. Banking & reconciliations of various pay modes.
9. Lounge level MIS Report generation
10. Ensuring Vigilance & loss prevention
11. Staff Deployment /Management by establishing Duty Roster well in advance.
12. Daily Briefing of the team & documentation of same
13. Monthly review of the store team & suggesting improvements
14. Recruitment of team members & Retention of Team Members
15. Inventory Management forecasting / par stock/ indenting
16. SOP implementation & adherence
17. Taking care of Repair & maintenance of the store
18. Establishing & adherence to Preventive maintenance schedule
19. In-store, Out-store Events Management
20. Safety & Security of the overall lounge.
21. On Job training of the team

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate / Hotel Management Preferred
