Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow (custom apps, ITSM, ITOM, SPM modules).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS/React, HTML, CSS within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, ACLs, CMDB.

- Experience with full stack development: front-end (Now Experience, portals), back-end (server-side scripts, API integrations).

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration of ServiceNow with LLMs, chatbots, or automation frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and implement autonomous digital workflows and intelligent automation.

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and how to apply them in ServiceNow delivery.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow).

- Certification(s): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM/CSM/ITOM, ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (IntegrationHub, Predictive Intelligence).

- Background in creating or managing agent-based AI systems or autonomous digital workforce solutions.
