Role & responsibilities Handles complex project with in depth technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems. Strategic portfolio coordination and risk management Resource allocation and project team management Operational support to ensure project success Process deployment and continuous improvement Ensuring customer satisfaction and team development Performance measurement and reporting Preferred candidate profile Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Business Management. Preferred domain knowledge in electrical & electronics, power electronics & Drives, Mechanical desing. Experience or understanding of project and bid management Knowledge of the business and industrial environment Familiarity with multi-national and diverse business cultures A Project Management certification (IPMA or PMI) is advantageous Strategic vision and management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
