Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: MBA in Hospital Management /MHA

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: Best in the Industry

Role & responsibilities

Have the responsibility to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Have the responsibility of conducting regular internal audits with reference to accreditation standards.
Will review documentation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures & Policies as per accreditation standards.
To take overall quality related new initiatives and to lead them.
Provide training to the staff regarding Policies and Procedures of the Hospital.
Will ensure that all the departments and units collect and analyze data as per accreditation practices.
To ensure and coordinate identification, training and evaluation of quality representatives/ champions of all the departments by coordinating with the respective departments.
To ensure compliance of patient rights, customer satisfaction process, complaint management, document management and infection control practices being followed in the organization.
To ensure compliance of committee schedules, recording of minutes, evaluation of effectiveness of committee work.
To coordinate with various departments on the issues related with the safety of the patients, visitors and employees.
To be responsible for resource planning for Quality Initiative.
