Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Voice Process

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to international clients via phone calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide product and service information clearly and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions in compliance with internal systems and standards.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the support process.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    in English fluency is mandatory.
  • Strong

    interpersonal and customer-handling abilities

    with a customer-first attitude.
  • Prior experience in

    international voice-based customer support

    is preferred.
  • Ability to

    understand and resolve technical queries

    (product or service-related).
  • Comfortable working in

    rotational night shifts

  • BE/B.Tech freshers
