Senior Associate Product Manager -Life Insurance

Responsibilities

The Senior Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting Product Managers as part of a product management team; however, they are not the accountable Product Manager for a product. They develop knowledge, experience, and skills by working side-by-side experienced product managers.

They lead the discovery sessions, maintaining product health and operations metrics, and aiding in insights gathering

Qualifications

6 to 10 years of total experience.
2+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education, 2 + year working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders.
Basic experience in a product environment and exposure to the Product Manager role.
Basic experience with strategic thinking and decision making in a professional context.
Basic experience with managing multiple workloads and/or competing priorities in a professional context.
Basic experience with stakeholder and relationship management in a professional context.
Demonstrated experience leading, influencing, and negotiating in a professional team environment.
