Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through corporate marketing, direct marketing, hospital marketing, referral marketing, and sales promotion.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and medical institutions to drive business growth.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that align with company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy development.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field (sales & marketing).
Bachelor's/Master degree in Marketing / Sales or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of healthcare sector knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
