Job Description

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide detailed information on auto loan offerings and benefits
Present customized product options to meet customer needs
Ensure low turnaround time (TAT) and maintain high service standards to achieve sales targets
Assist customers through the new or used car loan process
Visit customers at their residence or office for document collection
Submit physical loan files within defined turnaround timelines
Support collections team by following up on missed EMI payments, when required
Interact with walk-in customers at dealerships and address their queries effectively
