Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Dealers. Primary role - Drive sales through the dealer network, create a distribution network of dealers. Helping dealers in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the onus of closure of sales. Conduct continuous agent training program.

Responsibilities: Engage with customers to provide detailed information on auto loan offerings and benefits Present customized product options to meet customer needs Ensure low turnaround time (TAT) and maintain high service standards to achieve sales targets Assist customers through the new or used car loan process Visit customers at their residence or office for document collection Submit physical loan files within defined turnaround timelines Support collections team by following up on missed EMI payments, when required Interact with walk-in customers at dealerships and address their queries effectively

Interact with walk-in customers at the dealership and resolve queries promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
