Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide detailed information on product offerings and benefits, highlighting customized loan options, low turnaround time (TAT), and high service standards to meet sales targets.
Assist customers throughout the new and used car loan processing lifecycle.
Visit customers residence or office to collect necessary documentation for loan processing.
Submit physical loan application files within the defined TAT to ensure timely processing.
Support collections efforts by following up on missed EMI payments when required.
Interact with walk-in customers at the dealership and resolve queries promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
