RMS (Resource Management System) is RFID & Camera based (ANPR) & IOT enabled system which will help the organisation to track and monitor the performance of any kind of resources in the dealer organisation. (Productivity, Efficiency & Utilisation) and also the vehicle movement inside and outside the organisation during the service process. IMS (Importer Management System), is the product which help the organisation to import, stock and whole sale the vehicles, parts and services. (The wholesale auto billing system) Live Streaming (Auto LS) is real time streaming product which enable the dealer to increase the transparency with service area where the dealer stream the service activities carried out with the vehicle to the customer through a private connection, the customer can see his vehicle service from anywhere using his mobile, tablet or computer.

Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications like DMS-specific tools, manufacturer portals, and payment gateways. Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and handle version upgrades and data migrations. Ensure seamless communication between dealerships and head office through centralized ERP solutions. Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support of Odoo applications. Maintain documentation of customization and workflows for future reference and audits. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (v11 to v16+), with a focus on DMS or similar domain workflows. Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoos ORM. Deep understanding of dealership business processes such as Vehicle Lifecycle, Inventory Management, Service Scheduling, Parts Ordering, and Warranty Management. Experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end Odoo project implementations. Knowledge of Git, Odoo.sh, Docker, and Linux environments. Ability to analyze complex workflows and optimize for performance and scalability. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience working in the Automobile or Equipment Dealership industry is highly desirable. Odoo Certification or similar ERP-related certifications is a plus.
