Hiring for Research Associate/ Sr. Research Associate for In- Vivo PK Studies -DMPK (Bangalore/Hyderabad Location) JOB DESCRIPTION Research Associate/ Senior Research Associate Department: Biology / DMPK Experience: 3-8 Years (In- Vivo PK studies) Key Responsibilities: Expert handling of laboratory animals like rat, mice, Guniea Pig and Rabbits. Dose administration to experimental animals by different routes like oral (p.o.), intravenous (i.v.), intraperitoneal (i.p.), subcutaneous (SC) etc. Cannulation of jugular vein, carotid artery, bile duct, portal vein and femoral vein in experimental rat model. Skilled in retro-orbital, Saphenous, Jugular bleeding, cardiac puncture, isolation of different organs of experimental animals after whole body perfusion. Flexibility, and the ability to work in fast paced and team-oriented environment. Should be able to calculate the dose and dose volume as per animal body weight. Knowledge of Determination of PK Parameters i.e. Cmax, Tmax, AUC, T1/2.
