Job Title : Business Development Officer Location : Across Chennai Job Type : Full-Time Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply. Mobility: The candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler. Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives maximum 30,000 per month. Benefits: A petrol allowance of up to 1,500 is provided as per the standard policy. Education: Any graduate with a 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 education pattern is eligible to apply for this job. Age Criteria: 21 to 30 years Work Schedule: 6 days a week with week-offs on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. Package : 250,000 P.A to 400,000 P.A Job Location: Across Chennai city Interview Location : At our Corporate office (T. Nagar) Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate banking products. Identify and acquire new customers through door-to-door visits, promotional stalls in high-traffic areas, and referrals. Assist customers with the account opening process, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience, while tracking and updating the status. Maintain follow-up with new customers and cross-sell additional banking products such as loans or investment options as needed. Prepare and update daily sales reports; regularly review performance with your supervisor. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
