Job Role : Customer Support Executive Location : Thoraipakkam, Chennai Job Type : Full-time Experience : Max 1 year (Freshers also Eligible) Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Executive to join our team in the motor industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, promoting automotive products or services, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team. Your primary goal will be to build interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or demonstrations. Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to the prospective clients in the automotive sector. Generate and qualify new leads through calling Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements. No- Coordinate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve targeting and messaging. Qualifications and Skills : Hindi is mandatory Fresher/experience in outbound lead generation Strong communication, persuasion skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Basic knowledge of motor industry products or services is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
