Ensure 100% error-free formatting and formula logic in MIS reports. Timely circulation of dashboards and product-level MIS is critical.
Prepare and validate vendor bills with proper annexure tagging. Ensure zero audit flags during second-level checks and submit bills within defined timelines.
Update agency lifecycle trackers daily, covering onboarding, agreement status, NOC/NDC issuance, and data purging. Maintain version-controlled entries for audit reference.
Disseminate training decks, FAQs, and policy updates to regional teams in a timely manner. Maintain a feedback repository and support updates based on field inputs.
Contribute to monthly KRA scorecard preparation and performance documentation for HO team members. Support appraisal inputs and HR coordination as required.
