Quality Analyst

Position

Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and implement quality management and improvement programs within a healthcare setup.
Monitor quality assurance and compliance functions.
Ensure adherence to Prochants production policies and procedures.
Audit complete processes including Billing, Transmission, and Cash Posting.
Provide daily feedback on errors and track corrections.
Submit weekly QA reports to Team Leads and monthly reports to Management.
Conduct monthly QA feedback meetings and propose solutions for recurring errors.
Train new team members based on audit insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional typing and communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong knowledge of DME billing and US healthcare
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities
Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
Positive, professional attitude and a strong team player
