1. Audit and Certification of Running account bills.
2. Non-Tendered Items rate recommendation for approval
3. Review of Budgets, BOQ's, Specifications, documents, etc., for the respective site
4. Conducting Internal QS Audit (includes review of works executed w.r.t. Specs provided in BOQ, verification of MAR's etc.,)
5. Attending various issues related to bill certification and dispute resolution, etc.
ACR review and control with variation statement as per GFC
1. BE / BTech - Civil
2. Leadership, Motivation, Diagnostic, Negotiating
3. Demonstrates good organization and communication skills and a creative approach to problem solving Review of tender document, general conditions, payment terms, etc., along with highlighting the special conditions of the contract.
4. Should be convergent with relevant IS codes, Tender clauses, specifications, etc.,
5. Should have knowledge on Present Prevailing Market rates, Tender conditions.
