1. To develop overall project plan and construction schedule
2. To mobilize resources – manpower, equipment, materials in co-ordination with the project controller at Head Office
3. To execute the project within the parameters of time, cost, profit, quality, HSE and productivity
4. To monitor project progress, adherence to contract specifications and quality standards
5. To identify opportunities for application of good / innovative engineering practices to enhance the quality of delivery
6. To ensure proper systems implementation – sub-contract system, information technology, quality, safety and environment
7. To ensure and monitor statutory compliance
8. To manage the client interface in terms of deliverables, grievances, issues etc.,
9. To build and maintain good working relationship with contractors, government agencies, vendors, consultants
10. Will be solely and fully responsible for correct certification of bills and quantities
11. To ensure smooth project closure activities
12. To demobilize project resources and equipment on completion
1. To complete the project on time, within budget and meeting the quality criteria
2. To manage the work of consultants, to allocate and utilize resources in an efficient manner
3. To maintain a co-operative, motivated and successful team
1. Degree in Civil Engineering
2. PG in Building Engineer Management or Construction Management,
3. 14 – 18 years of experience
