About the Role

Experienced Ad-Tech Support Engineer to join our team in

Bangalore. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone for our clients, ensuring

seamless execution of programmatic advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for

troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing campaign delivery, and collaborating with

cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for clients using DSPs and other programmatic

platforms.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, pacing, targeting, and ad-serving

errors.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, AdOps, and SRE teams to resolve complex issues and

ensure platform stability.

  • Conduct data analysis using SQL and log files to diagnose and resolve performance

or delivery issues.

  • Assist clients in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, ensuring objectives are

consistently met.

  • Handle real-time client escalations with speed, accuracy, and clear communication.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Athena) or Google BigQuery for data

troubleshooting and reporting.

  • Conduct platform health checks and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in programmatic advertising, CTV/OTT ecosystems,

and marketing technology.

  • Support client onboarding and provide technical expertise during pre- and post-sales engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Ad-Tech, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital

Advertising.

  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, AppNexus/Xandr,

MediaMath, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of CTV/OTT advertising ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and campaign analysis.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Athena) or Google Cloud/BigQuery.
  • Strong client-facing skills with proven experience in handling escalations and technical

queries.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational shift environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
