What will you do?

Design Code Develop the solution • Covert business requirement in to technical • Automate E2E Telco solution • Guiding leaders in adhering to our values, purpose and philosophies for a positive employee experience • Influence business direction through People analytics, strategic planning and advice • Impact of the execution of People related critical initiatives and programs/projects being run to support key strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications. Develop interactive canvas/SVG-based diagrams for telecom/network equipment. Build drag-and-drop, connectors, and programmatic drawing of equipment and links. Collaborate with engineers to translate RF/network connectivity requirements into intuitive UIs. Ensure scalability and performance for rendering complex diagrams. Integrate UI with backend APIs and maintain reusable components. Testing and deploying programs and systems. Fixing and improving existing software. Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications. Integrate software components and third-party programs. Verify and deploy programs and systems. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software. Gather and evaluate user feedback. Recommend and execute improvements. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

B. Tech. (CS/IT)/MCA/M. Tech. (CS/IT)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:

Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication skills.

JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Angular Framework

visualization libraries (D3.js, GoJS, JointJS etc)

Ability to learn new languages and technologies.

Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.

What we look for?

Minimum of 5+ years Software development experience in UI development and visualization projects. Adaptable within a fast-paced environment. Capable of handling multiples projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion. Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to challenge and manage the change of status quo. Telco experience would be preferred.
