Hiring For Manager IT & Business Solutions (Manufacturing Industry)

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the business applications and digital transformation roadmap for a global manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will manage ERP systems, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and IT service processes while partnering closely with business leaders and global IT teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring strong process alignment, system optimization, and high availability of critical IT applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the companys

  ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

  across finance, supply chain, production, and inventory.
• Lead

  digital transformation initiatives

  and continuous improvement projects.
• Administer and enhance

  Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, and Azure

  services.
• Oversee

  infrastructure elements

  , virtualization environments, security controls, and backup strategies.
• Build and manage

  ITSM processes

  , including incident, change, and problem management.
• Collaborate with key users, external vendors, and global IT teams to ensure alignment and governance.
  
• Drive documentation, compliance, and system standardization across business functions.
  

Required Skill Set

• Strong expertise in

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

• Hands-on experience with

  Azure

• Working knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in IT applications and infrastructure management.
  
• Prior experience in a
