Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to health insurance policies, claims processing, and billing issues.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to empathize with customers' concerns and resolve their problems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling voice processes (healthcare insurance preferred).
  • Undergraduate/Graduate with 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance products, services, and regulations.
  • Fluent English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
