Hiring For International Voice Process!!

We are hiring for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring seamless support experience for global users.

Key Responsivities:

Manage customer queries via Calls.
Hardcore Tech sales experience/upselling - mandatory
Handle inbound/ outbound customer interactions professionally.
Identify upselling and cross-selling.
Provide real-time solutions with clear and professional communication.
Maintain response accuracy, speed, and quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education: GRADUATION is Mandatory in any discipline.
Experience: Fresher/ Minimum 1 year experience in an INTERNATIONAL Process.
Language: English proficiency- B2/ C1 level.
Excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
Customer handling and persuasion skills
Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
Salary: Fresher- 4 LPA & Experience- 4.8 LPA max.

Work Specs:

5 Days working.
2 Rotational Week-Off.
Night rotational shifts.
2 Ways of cab will be provided.
