Salary Structure (Voice Process)

The final salary will be determined based on:

Performance across all interview rounds
Metrics scored during assessments
Performance in the operations round
Relevant work experience and supporting documents submitted. Accordingly, the compensation may vary.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
Good judgment skills to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions
Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 environment)

Job Requirements

This role involves
complete night shifts
5 working days with
2 rotational week-offs
