Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conducting primary research (qualitative and quantitative interviews) across various regions in the globe
Working on ad-hoc custom research assignments and produce timely and accurate insights.
Taking set number of interviews as per pre-decided quota
Meeting all internal and external deadlines
Updating the individual MIS tracker regularly and help in maintaining accurate and detailed records
Should be comfortable with working in flexible shifts (if required)

Preferred candidate profile

With good communication skills (both written and spoken) in Business English and strong attention to detail
Should have strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently
Should be a quick learner, team player, innovative thinker and able to deliver results under tight deadlines
Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Word
Good secondary research skills
