1. Healthcare Process Customer Service Executive

 Salary- 25,000 42,000 in-hand + Incentives

Eligibility:

1.  HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced welcome)
2.  Excellent English communication skills
3.  Comfortable with night shifts
4.  Must have all relevant documents
5.  Provide Excellent Customer Support & Resolve Issues Professionally
6.  Provide accurate information regarding Healthcare Policies & Insurance Coverage.

Shift & Benefits:

•  5 days working | 2 weekly offs
•  Night shift (one-way drop provided)

2. Technical Support Voice Process (Australian Shift)

• Shift Timing: Between 3:00 AM 3:00 PM (any 9-hour rotational shift)
•  Salary: 22,000 27,000 in-hand + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility:

1.  Minimum HSC qualification
2.  At least 6 months of International BPO experience (mandatory)
3.  Excellent English communication skills
4.  Immediate joiners preferred
5.  Handle inbound calls for technical support
6.  Upselling and retention support
7.  Resolve customer queries related to technical services

3. Banking Process Voice Process

• Salary: 27,000 35,000 in-hand + 3,000 Allowance
• Retention Bonus: Up to 1.3 Lakh in 1 Year
• Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts

Eligibility:

1.  HSC with minimum 1 year of BPO experience
2.  Graduate with minimum 12 months of any experience
3.  CIBIL Score: 600+ (mandatory)
4.  Last working date proof required
5.  Excellent English communication skills
6.  Ability to handle international banking customers professionally
7.  Resolve queries regarding transactions, accounts & banking services
