Job Summary:

International Chat Support Team

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner
Troubleshoot product/service issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
Provide information about products, services, and policies
Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a consistent customer experience
Adhere to performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills in English
Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role (6 Months)
Ability to work flexible shifts
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms
