Hiring For Indian Payroll role | Location-Noida | 5 days WFO

As an India Payroll Consultant at Protiviti, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in Indian payroll regulations and best practices to provide valuable guidance and support to our clients, helping them streamline their payroll operations and remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing:

   Process end-to-end payroll for clients, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.

2. Compliance Management:

   Stay updated with Indian payroll regulations and ensure clients' payroll processes are in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Client Support:

   Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide expert advice on payroll-related matters.

4. Data Management

   : Maintain accurate payroll data, employee records, and documentation.

5. Statutory Reporting:

   Prepare and submit all statutory reports, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and more, in a timely manner.

6. Software Utilization

   : Utilize payroll software and tools effectively to manage payroll tasks efficiently.

7. Documentation

   : Maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions, changes, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Indian payroll processing and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
