Hiring For HR Recruiter_IT & NOn - IT @Ethos HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
  
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
  
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide timely feedback, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits in collaboration with management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  
• Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  
• Assist in onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to joining.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements for recruitment strategies.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  
• Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
