*Handling employee queries and concerns
*Provide guidance, coaching and consultation to managers and employees on ER issues such as performance management, conduct, grievances, disciplinary actions, and attendance.
*Monitor trends and metrics in employee relations (grievances, terminations, absenteeism, conflict cases) to identify underlying root causes and propose improvement initiatives.
*Facilitate training and awareness sessions for managers and employees on topics such as policy, conflict resolution, investigations, performance improvement and workplace behavior.
