Job Title:

Experience

1. Business Partnering & Performance Management

• Drive overall business performance for the assigned category/business unit.
• Identify & Evaluate opportunities for business expansion/turn around.
• Lead the process for

  setting floor prices

  and executing

  price analytics

  to improve sales margins and ensure pricing compliance across global business units.
• Drive continuous

  cost optimization

  initiatives across the P&L, including identifying and realizing savings in

  Supply Chain costs

  and optimizing trade and marketing spend.
• Lead cross-functional forums to deep dive into low-margin areas, identify

  profitability improvement opportunities

  , and execute margin-accretive actions.
• Ensure rigorous

  performance management

  , maintaining high hygiene standards for financial

  forecasts and actuals

  .
• Deep expertise in

  cost analysis, performance management, investment evaluation, pricing, data analytics, and controls compliance

  .

2. Supply Chain Finance, Cost Control & Analysis

• Manage the

  end-to-end cost eco-system

  for manufacturing sites (own and contract units), covering cost accounting, reporting, and in-depth analysis.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Factory Managers to drive the

  savings program

  and ensure delivery of

  cost and waste reduction targets

  .
• Lead factory-controlled

  cost benchmarking

  activities to identify areas for efficiency gains.
• Manage

  volume optimization

  initiatives to maximize area-based fiscal benefits and leverage fixed cost capacity of manufacturing units.
• Oversee

  IFRS accounting

  for assigned units.

3. Lead the financial evaluation of New Product Development (NPD) proposals and strategic business expansion opportunities.

4. Independently evaluate long- and medium-term capital investment proposals (CAPEX), including post-capex reviews to assess benefit realization.

5. Direct end-to-end P&L forecasting, variance analysis & management reporting

6. Lead the entire controls and compliance agenda for the business network, including:

• Coordinating, discussing, and closing

  Annual External Audits

  .
• Managing

  Monthly Internal Audit reviews

  .
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance for

  Capital Work in Progress (CWIP)

  and capitalization.

7.Proven ability to manage and influence senior global and local stakeholders across finance and cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing).
