1. Handle all aspects of billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
2. Should have knowledge of Quantity Survey, BOQ also analyze the requirements of the project and prepare the estimates accordingly .
3. Conduct comprehensive cost estimation for various projects.
4.Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals for potential projects.
5. Perform vendor assessment to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
6. Attend site and client meetings, presenting estimates and bids, and addressing any queries or concerns.
7. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively
1. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as an Sr. Estimation & Billing Engineer from an electrical contracting company.
2. Strong knowledge of billing & estimation.
3. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office for cost estimation and billing. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
